Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Nora Studio desktop application and its connected platform features.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the media and text you add. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to use, edit and publish that content.

Connected services

Instagram, TikTok, OpenAI and any configured storage provider are independent services with their own terms. Nora Studio requests only the permissions needed for enabled features. Read-only TikTok analytics does not authorise publication.

Human approval

Generated suggestions, edits and analytics are decision-support tools. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, privacy, disclosures and platform compliance before publishing anything.

Availability

The software is provided on an as-available basis. Platform APIs, permissions and limits may change, and connected features may stop working until the integration is updated.

Prohibited use

You may not use Nora Studio to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or security controls.
